Trivial Night

Tonight we headed out for our second trivia night.
Last week our new pal Georgie (you may remember her from the Rugby) invited us, including our flatmate Damien, along to a local pub for a trivia night. We thought this was a pretty Aussie thing to do and it turns out it is run buy an Aussie who bought the traditional Tuesday night pub trivia night idea up here.

Trivia: What phrase can you make out of the 3 symbols above the number 3 on the sheet above (picture on the right). Clue: its geographical

There are 4 rounds of 10 questions that get harder as you go. We did pretty good on the first night with a solid 30 out of 45 points (some questions are worth more than others) and tonight with an under strength team we got... 30/45. At least we are consistent.

This one's for Jim (woolfrey) His old Trivia name always used to be "My Mother" so the Trivia guy would always have to call out "and the winner is... My Mother" etc. We named out team in his honor

Here's a trivia Question for you all: What is the opposite of nocturnal?

I got Artcic Circle within about 2 seconds. Does that make me smart? :)

Great news folks and I hear from some other fellow Aussies in London that Autumn's as beutiful as ever and it's freezingly frosty too. Hehe. Topped 34 degrees today.
Word up to the London massive.

Two Correct answers, I didn't know we knew any smart people?!? ;)

We got a good laugh out of the "My Mother" name Jim. When you're here next you'll have to put in a special guest appearance.
