Mad Fans and an Early Birthday

As we will be in Egypt for my birhday this year marg decided to spoil me early with a wonderful day on Saturday. It began with a great breaky and a present number 1, The first series of DeadwooD (new HBO Western series). Afterwards we headed out for the next present at a secret location.

Marg forgot that this Saturday is also a Chelsea homegame (soccer) and we had to walk through the tail end of the crazy crowd as it made it's way into the stadium. All the photos below show only the tail end of the crowd and the police that watch them. Imagine the real crowd!


After making our way through the crowds of football fans we stopped off for a quick beer and some nachos at a nearby pub. Marg then revealed her next surprise, an IMAX film 'Deep Sea 3D' at the Science Museum in South Kensington. It was fantastic, if you get a chance see it!

Afterwards we headed home and watched the first episode of Deadwood. Then Marg's third surprise was revealed when we arrived a the Cinamon Club, supposedly the best Indian resturant in London (big call, but I think it may be). During dinner the fourth surprise was revealed. Marg has booked tickets to Stockholm (Sweeden) in May.
Dinner was wonderful and all the days surprises were amazing. I am very a lucky guy.


In the morning (bloody early morning, 4am) we are off to Egypt! Expect much more soon!
